Within the framework of the Faculty Administration’s commitment to ensuring the highest levels of discipline and comfort for students during the upcoming examination period, and to guaranteeing that the examination process proceeds in accordance with the highest standards of quality and transparency,
Shaimaa Abdel-Ghani Attallah, Acting Dean of the Faculty, and Mohamed Hamdy Bahansi, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, held a meeting with the members of the teaching assistants at the Faculty.
The meeting addressed several key issues related to examinations, most notably:

Invigilation regulations: Emphasizing strict adherence to examination schedules and maintaining a calm yet firm approach in dealing with any attempts to disrupt order.

Overcoming obstacles: Instructing teaching assistants to maintain continuous presence in order to promptly resolve any technical or administrative issues faced by students inside examination halls.

Implementation of regulations: Reviewing instructions concerning the prohibition of mobile phones inside examination halls and clarifying procedures for dealing with cheating cases in accordance with the law.

Distribution of duties: Organizing roles and responsibilities to ensure efficient coverage of all examination committees across the Faculty.
During the meeting, Professor Dr. Shaimaa Abdel-Ghani Attallah commended the efforts exerted by the teaching assistants, emphasizing that they represent “the fundamental pillar and the first line of defense for the success of the examination system at the Faculty.”
For his part, Professor Dr. Mohamed Hamdy Bahansi stressed the importance of accuracy in signing students’ attendance and departure records and verifying their personal data with the utmost precision.
