The Faculty of Law Theatre Team Shines with an Outstanding Performance in the Play “Unfortunately”

Under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Khaled El-Darandaly, President of Zagazig University, and the leadership of Prof. Dr. Helal Afifi, Vice President for Education and Student Affairs, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Shaimaa Abdel-Ghani Attallah, Acting Dean of the Faculty of Law, and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Bahnasy, Vice Dean for Education and Student Affairs, a theatrical performance titled “Unfortunately” was held this evening by the Faculty of Law’s theatre team at the Forum Hall Theatre, Zagazig University.

This event comes as part of the Faculty’s efforts to support student activities and encourage creative energies within the university.

The performance presented a dramatic vision reflecting a social reality that touches a segment of the community, offering a human-centered narrative that addresses internal pressures and conflicts—those that may conceal voices longing to be heard and understood.

Prof. Dr. Shaimaa Abdel-Ghani Attallah emphasized that organizing such events is an extension of the Faculty’s mission to build aware, expressive students capable of presenting themselves responsibly and with refinement. She noted that artistic activity is not separate from the educational process; rather, it contributes to enhancing students’ personalities and developing their communication and teamwork skills.

The event witnessed notable attendance from faculty members, students, and theatre enthusiasts, who engaged with the scenes and messages of the performance, as well as its light-hearted moments. Attendees expressed their appreciation for the effort invested in directing and acting, and for the vision presented through the show.
