Within the framework of the initiative of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, a new beginning for building the human being, and under the auspices of Professor Dr. Khaled El-Drandali, President of the University, and Professor Dr. Jihan Youssef, Vice President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development Affairs, and under the supervision of Professor Dr. Mamdouh Al-Muslimi, Dean of the Faculty, and organized by Professor Dr. Shaimaa Abdel-Ghani Atallah, a symposium entitled (Electronic Blackmail) was held at the Faculty of Law, Zagazig University, on Wednesday 20-11-2024, in which Major General Ahmed Taher Nour El-Din, the security expert and former Director of the International Department for Combating Morals and Human Trafficking, lectured. The symposium began with the national anthem, then Professor Dr. Mamdouh Al-Muslimi, Dean of the Faculty, welcomed His Excellency the Major General and the gentlemen of the faculty members, the assistant staff and the attending students. Then Professor Dr. Shaimaa Atallah welcomed His Excellency the Major General and the attendees. Then Major General Ahmed Taher delivered the topic of the symposium entitled Electronic Blackmail and explained to the students of the Faculty and the attendees the concept of electronic blackmail, its forms, how to confront it and the role of the state The Egyptian legislative, executive and judicial response to electronic blackmail. His Excellency spoke about the most famous issues that Egyptian society has faced in the recent period.
